NEW RECORD COMING UP
Yeah, it's gonna happen! Our first full-length called 'Hate the Neighbours'is gonna be released by Crucial Attack (NL), Dirty Faces (GER) and HA-KO Bastards (SERB) on both cd and vinyl. 13 raging punkrock songs produced and mixed by Menno Bakker and mastered by Nico van Montfort. You can check out two songs on our myspace. Artwork is done by Ronald Huiskes. The release is due for May 6th.
We'll do two releaseshows.. On May 6th we'll play with Dead to Me (USA, Fat Wreck) and Gewapend Beton in Dollars, Nijmegen. Be there! We'll keep you updated about this one! On May 8th we'll play with Strike Anywhere and Antillectual at the Bitterzoet.

Hailing from the eastern part of The Netherlands comes a band that you would expect from the western and sunny side of California. The band started in 2006 and not long after that they recorded a demo which was well received by critics and fans. Playing festivals such as Light The Fuse/Trashfest and also attending the 5 year anniversary for Punx.nl shows that this band is not just a punkrock band but lots more. With ex- and current members of Beans, Antillectual, My Reply and Citizens Patrol they have a wide variety of musicians in the band and that's something you distinctly hear in their sound. Influences vary from the melodic sounds of Nofx ( take note off the melodic guitar intros), Bad Religion, No Use For A Name but with a harder edge than any of these bands using influences of hardcore bands such as RKL, Stalag 13, 7 seconds en old New York and DC hardcore bands like Minor Threat and Urban Waste. In 2007 their demo was re-released by Gummopunx/Misspelled Yuoth and Pick-up records. Not long after that they started to record a full-length album which is now ready to be released and to be played all summer. Brat Pack delivers 13 songs of full excitement and loads of melodies which will have you dancing in no time and also set a standard for the next generation of punkrock bands to come.

New recordings, guitarplayers and tours
Hello Bastards!!
We got some news for you!
New Recordings:
We're finally done!! We recorded 13 songs at the Bunt Studios with our buddy Menno Bakker. It's for our first full-length album and it's gonna be called "Hate the Neighbours". Sansamp Nico took care of the mastering. Artwork will be done again by our friend Ronald Huiskes. You can check out 2 brand new songs under MP3 or on our MySpace page! At the moment we're busy checking out labels. We'll keep you updated about stuff like that!
New guitarplayer:
Since Antillectual is becoming a full-time thing Willem will leave the band. We had an amazing time together, but due to future schedules of both bands, it was inevitable this was gonna happen. Antillectual's approach of doing a band is inspiring to see, and we wish him all the luck for the future! Check out their upcoming record! Is this the end? No way, we're lucky bastards! Our friend Jeroen from Amsterdam will join us on guitar! You might know him from Frightening Fiction. Great guy, great style!
Tours:
Yeah, last tour was a blast and we totally like to be on the road. Till summer 2008 we got two tours scheduled. In March we'll go on tour for about 11 days. We'll play shows in Germany, France, Italy, Czech Republic and Poland. We're almost finished booking, but in case you can help us out on an offday, get in touch! Check out the dates below. Update
Dutch Kids on LSD tour:
Cause our Russian/Finland tour due for September, got delayed till spring 2008 we immediately started booking an European trip for this period. We booked 11 shows in 12 days over Germany, Poland and Austria. Pretty psyched about our first tour!! Big shout out to everyone who helped us out!
New LP/CD:
In May we recorded 7 new tracks for our upcoming full length at Bunt Studios. Recording with Menno was funny as hell, and we're pretty happy with the new tracks. Currently we're busy writing and practicing the other tracks. In November, we're gonna record another 10 tracks, and will pick the best tracks out of it for approximately 30 minutes. I guess it's safe to say that the new recorded is gonna be called "Hate the Neighbours". Pretty Brattish, huh?
Compilation 7":
We're pretty happy to contribute a brandnew track to a compilation 7" with Tenement Kids, the Real Danger and Union Town. The 7" will appear on Angry Youth Records somewhere October this year. Stay tuned for some releaseshows with these bands!
New shirts:
After exploiting the demo cover for shirts, flyers, buttons and posters, it was about time to come up with some new crap. Our friend Photomike helped us out! 10 euros (excl. postage), available in S/M/L/XL
More touring:
It's quite on long-term but we're scheduling another two week European Tour for early 2008 and a Scandinavian tour with Antidote (NL) for spring next year. If you're interested in booking a show, get in touch!
Demo 7 inch
The 7" vinyl version of our demo is finally here! This contains all songs from our demo, plus the bonus track 'State Of War' and is a split release by the Amsterdam based labels Gummopunx, Pick-Up and Misspelled Yuoth. Order it from us, or directly from Marcél Gummopunx.
Some shows without Willem
Hi Brats... Willem is acting like a rockstar in the USA next month, and medio August he's in Germany recording a new demo with his hobby-project Antillectual. So, our dear friend FrietHaar from Beans is trying to rip off Propagandhi riffs at the following shows:
15/07 De Affaire/ Nijmegen: No Means No (Brat Pack show at 5 pm)
20/07 De Baarmoeder/ Amsterdam: 7 inch Releaseparty
20/08 Bitterzoet/ Amsterdam: Leftover Crack
22/08 Bibelot/ Dordrecht: Casualties, Antidote, Time Again
European tour
Unfortunately our tour of Russia/Finland got cancelled by our booker. Instead we're trying to book a european tour from 29/8 until 8/9. Please get in touch if you can help us out: . Thanx!
